Dara O hEafa (Goldsmid House, London, March 2010): I found the accommodation to be very satisfactory, clean, bright, quiet, and its central location was ideal. i will definitely stay again.
Robert Towns (Goldsmid House, London, March 2010): I couldn't have been happier with the accommodation for the price. So central, clean room, good shower. I couldn't book the room for the last night of my stay in London so had to pay twice as much in a hotel for a far inferior room with no ensuite and a walk up three floors.
Andrew Bateman (Goldsmid House, London, February 2010): Definitely recommended !
James Downton (Goldsmid House, London, February 2010): Exceptional
Emma Baiges (Goldsmid House, London, February 2010): The staff were very friendly and helpful
Irene Jaunzemis (Goldsmid House, London, February 2010): No complaints at all. Very good for the budget traveller.
Simon Thomas (Goldsmid House, London, February 2010): Great location and use of the shared kitched was a big help in keeping the cost down
Mark Boardman (Goldsmid House, London, February 2010): I had a great stay. The place is very well run, all the staff were friendly and welcoming and the room, though small, was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
Elizabeth McLoughlin, CBE (Goldsmid House, London, February 2010): this was really good, convenient and inexpensive. The kitchen facilities were first class.
The only drawback was that the room was really hot but it was summer
Caroline Khachatoorian (Goldsmid House, London, February 2010): Convenient location near Victoria Station (tube & bus stops, shops, & dining), good value for your money, en-suite rooms, kitchen & laundry facilities, and friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, only wish there were double beds in each room, but staff were accommodating in booking our rooms alongside each other. Will stay again.
Mike Mcloughlin (Goldsmid House, London, February 2010): Fantastic budget option in London Town. Very close to tube, easy to find, polite staff, and spotless room. A+ !! I hope to return.
Yuri Nakamura (Goldsmid House, London, February 2010): Location is very good. Air conditioner was not working properly and room was too hot. But overall it was satisfactory and definitely good value for money.
Richard Craik (Goldsmid House, London, February 2010): The tiniest showerroom I have ever encountered - but it worked. I must compliment the staff on duty at reception desk (all of them) who were always friendly and helpful.
WEBER (Goldsmid House, London, February 2010): For such low budget, no one should complain. Was very glad to stay at this location in the centre of London.
Kevin G. Gallagher (Goldsmid House, London, September 2009): great opportunity to see a London dorm and UNBELIEVABLE location!
thanks
glad you could store our luggage for a few hours - the website and mailings said you could not - that helped ALOT
Damian Rice (Goldsmid House, London, August 2009): Very pleasant staff, convenient location. Overall, very good.
Taryn Presley (Goldsmid House, London, August 2009): I was so happy with my stay here!
The directions in my confirmation email were excellent! I'd been really worried about finding it with all my luggage but I just followed what was in the email and found it with no problems at all.
The room itself was a pleasant surprise. I stayed here after a couple weeks making my way around Scotland and France, and this room was bigger, cleaner, and quieter than anywhere else I stayed on the trip. I really appreciated that.
Also, I couldn't have asked for a better location!
Thank you!
Masato Matsutani (Goldsmid House, London, August 2009): I had a very pleasant stay in Goldsmid House. I hope to use it again if I have any chance.
Mrs Eithne Johnstone (Goldsmid House, London, July 2009): Only a very minor criticism: the bed could be repositioned, making it possible to control the lights without getting up! The switch position suggests that this was the intention. Otherwise everything was first-rate, spotlessly clean, and a real bargain for central London. I hope to return.
The staff were very helpful - my special thanks to Morag who provided extra pillows!
Katie Griffith (Goldsmid House, London, July 2009): Thank you to all the staff for all your help. Really enjoyed my stay. The place was quiet, clean and situated so close to the city centre. The noise of the surrounding area was loud but after a few days you wouldn't know that it was there.
Jo Brook (Goldsmid House, London, July 2009): Excellent location and value for money -- obviously basic, but new and clean and spacious with reliable wired internet connection. Booking a business training course last minute on a budget, this was a great alternative to the cramped shared-bathroom B&B rooms left on offer (usually for higher prices). Internet pricing seemed a little expensive for a 2-night stay (charged at a minimum of a week) and a pay-as-go system would have suited me better. (Hall was self-catering so could not rate breakfast.)
Mr. M J Bowdler (Goldsmid House, London, July 2009): Many thanks. clean, neat, tidy and well placed at a price that I can't argue with. I will book again.
Luis Arana (Goldsmid House, London, July 2009): Almost perfect; too bad staying at the 7th floor and one day of broken lift; ok, nobody's fault. For a stay of more than three days, one day cleaning of the bathroom at least would be welcome. WiFi Internet service would be really usefull. Thank you very much, a place to recomend and to come back.
Elizabeth Perry (Goldsmid House, London, July 2009): The room was very tidy and an excellent price for a single ensuite room in Victoria. I have recommended it to my family and will definetly stay here again.
Vygantas stankevicius (Goldsmid House, London, July 2009): Clean, good location, litle bit noisy when window is opening.
