Customer feedback
We guarantee that all our feedback is genuine and can only be submitted by people who have booked through our websites.
janet garratt, September 2010: excellent value for money. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just one comment was that the room was not serviced and I did not notice this on the website when I booked. A change of towels would have been nice but it would not stop me recommending the college.
jennie hartwell, August 2010: Some of the reception staff were not very helpful or flexible with making arrangments that were not considered 'standard'. The rooms were comfortable and good value for money.
TREVOR JOSEPH REBELLO, August 2010: I stayed between 18th - 23rd Aug 2010. The rooms get too hot in summer, there appears to be no other source of ventilation. A fan may help----think about it.
I would definitely come again & have already recommended you to all my friends.
Pedro Pacheco, August 2010: The relation price/quality was very good, as well as the localization.
Margaret M Tur, August 2010: Would have appreciated a clean shower curtain and possibly a lamp for bedtime reading. However, room was clean and overall excellent value for money.
howell green, August 2010: We were extremely happy with our stay here - we enjoyed the view of the canal from the room, the reception staff were unfailing pleasant and helpful, the room was clean, the location was surprisingly quiet and the communications were excellent. One small point - the brochure mentioned the location of the nearest bank (in Whitechapel); it would have been helpful to have known where the nearest cash machines were, apart from the shop which was not always open. Thank you.
Mark Macdonald, August 2010: I was very impressed by Queen Mary's accomodation and campus - I will be recomending it to my students in UCAS this year! We had a great time. The room was very clean and the new block was to a very high standard.
We thought the tube light had gone until we realised the lights had been too clever for us...... A reading light would actually have been more useful than the fridge - just an idea.
Very impressive modern architiecture which deserves all the acclaim. I hope the builders are making good progress to stop the cladding falling off...... Thanks I was very impressed.....
RICHARD PARR, July 2010: No real complaints. Room was basic but clean. Would stay again if attending an event in that area.
Patrick Wake, July 2010: The accomodation was brilliantly located in East London. Very good links to the city centre. The rooms were nice and airy, sadly the only downfall was the scaffolding on the exterior for refurbishment. The Overall experience was great, really good value, which included breakfast, which was a good bonus.
shirley wheeler, July 2010: Excellent service and very good location close to centre of London. Breakfast was very good. Slightly too noisy but difficult given its summer and many parties of summer school students. Very hot but exceptional weather - could consider some portable fans for rooms when conditions are that hot maybe. Overall value for money.
David Parkin, June 2010: Very welcoming and helpful staff in both the residence and the refectory/cafe for breakfast. Useful welcome leaflet with local and campus info. A good safe environment.
