Customer feedback
We guarantee that all our feedback is genuine and can only be submitted by people who have booked through our websites.
Mrs Susan Jones, August 2011: The room was good value for money clean and very functional, however a light by the bed should be standard. I would certainly use this facility again and would recommend it to anyone on a budget.
Ms Shawna Brandle, August 2011: great room, very reasonable rate. no air conditioning, but London's usually not as hot as when I was there.
Jose F. Martinez-Solano, July 2011: People working there was excellent: Friendly, helpful, efficient.
Ms Renee Harlow, July 2011: Great location!! Affordable London.
Mr Bernard Kay, July 2011: Very Good and refurbished rooms. Plenty of space and big doors gives a spacious feeling. Will stay longer if available. :)
Dr Glyn Hambrook, July 2011: The rooms were very clean and the facilities as good as many hotel rooms. The kitchen facilities gave the accommodation a definite advantage over a standard hotel. At this time of year it was quiet and peaceful, exactly what I needed as I was in London to do research work. At a 17 minute walk to the British Library, the location was good. There were 24-hour shops, and a few small restaurants and pubs in the vicinity. The Reception Staff were impeccably pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again as the accommodation had many advantages over even good quality hotels.
Mr Rick Sherman, July 2011: Great location. Everything I needed for my stay in London - and at a reasonable price. Great value.
