bing yu frankie tang, July 2010: The average is good. However, that may be excellent if sampoo and soap are provided.
A gentalman of the dinning room is very helpful. Besides, the lady of the reception office is also helpful to request the cleaning staff twice to release the room to me check-in earlier although in negative. Please convey my thanks to them. Thank you.
I will book again for next trip in London. Thank you.
