Ms Elizabeth Maertin, October 2011: I would highly recommend the booking service and accommodation to anyone travelling to London on a budget.
Mrs Georgina Whyte, October 2011: Very happy with accommodation.Excellent location. Will happily return when visiting London, possibly Sept.2012 and recommending to friends.
Mrs Fran Hutchinson, September 2011: We were pleasantly surprised by this accomodation. The rooms were quite small but well fitted out with a good bed and bathroom. The location couldn't be better - just a walk around the corner to the Science Museum. The staff were very professional and helpful.
Ms Margaret Schally, September 2011: We found the Imperial College at Princes Gardens to be quite comfortable, clean, and easily accessible for getting around London. We would definitely use this facility again. Nice to be so close to the Victoria and Albert Museum, Hyde Park and South Kensington Station.
Mr Benjamin Hounsome, September 2011: Room was clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Great location, would book again without hesitation.
Mrs Glennis Dix, September 2011: Absolutely brilliant - hope to stay at Imperial College again next summer. Many thanks
Mr peter eggins, September 2011: This is a excellent place to stay for the museums of london. The room was very clean and of a fair size. The only minor complaint was that we did not know that the kitchen was closed and wasted some food we had brought with us. Will stay again
Mr Kenny Weir, September 2011: As a full time wheelchair user, I would highly recommend this campus. Easy to get to by bus, pavements no problem and staff helpful
Ms Elizabeth Reilly, September 2011: I found my room to be more than I expected. It was modern, clean and tidy with nice amenities, including a kettle for tea in the morning, as well as shower gel and shampoo. I especially enjoyed looking out on Princes Gardens. It was so convenient as well. I highly recommend this accommodation. Liz, Washington, DC USA
Ms Barbara Bean, September 2011: Great location, breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Would not hesitate to book again and will recommend to family and friends.
Mrs CARMEN DÍAZ, September 2011: It's a nice, quiet, very clean, comfortable and good-value for money place to stay in central London. I highly recommend it.
Thanks for all!!! I'll be back.
Mr David Williams, September 2011: We were very pleasantly surprised with the accommodation - and it was so convenient. We will certainly return
Mrs Doreen Ritchie, August 2011: This was our 3rd stay at Imperial College. As we were visiting the Proms the location is perfect. Have recommended it to other friends who have enjoyed their stay.
Ms Ruth Chidambaram, August 2011: I visited with my two teenage children. As we left we were already planning to visit again. Prince's Gardens is central for many attractions (we walked to the Science Museum, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace during our two night stay). It was a good opportunity for the children to get a taste of this great university and broaden their horizons.
Miss Karen Thorburn, August 2011: The only drawback was no hairdryer in the room, otherwise, great stay in a beautiful location!
Mrs Maureen Thomson, August 2011: This is the first time I have stayed in university accommodation and I would definitely do it again. The accommodation, while basic, exceeded my expectations; it was very clean and provided everything I needed during my stay; the baggage storage at the end of my stay was a real bonus as I did not have to carry my luggage around with me. The staff on the check in/out were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful; the
location convenient and the room rate was real value for money.
Prof William Owen, August 2011: As expected, given that this is a student housing facility during the academic year, the room was somewhat small but it was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped (no TV but I didn't miss that). This was my second visit (I stayed there last year, too) and I returned because the combination of comfort, location and price is unbeatable.
Mrs Alessandra Galimberti, August 2011: It 'was a really nice experience, we were good and we enjoyed it very much. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast very good.
Thanks for everything!
Mrs ILARIA RENZI, August 2011: Great stay at Princes Gardens. Rooms are small but confortable and clean. Breakfast rich. Very nice receptionist.
Ms Maria Helena Manfrinato, August 2011: Good location. Excelent rooms: quiet, clean, confortable. Underground South Kensington from the airport. Close to restaurants, park, museum. Definitely I would come back.
Mr jean gerard rossi, July 2011: very good place and excellent service
Dr Visit Hirankitti, July 2011: The room service is excellent and it is very good value of money.
Mrs Ann Beylard-Ozeroff, July 2011: Perfect location. Spacious, modern twin en-suite room. Excellent bathroom facilities.
Mrs Evelyn Stainer, July 2011: We were very pleasantly surprised with the standard of the accommodation, and the breakfast choice was suberb.
Mrs Claudia Lischke-Arzt, July 2011: Very friendly service people.
Mr Tamás Polyák, July 2011: We had a very nice stay in Princes Gardens.
Clare Gartner, October 2010: Imperial College Rooms offers the traveller excellent clean quiet accomodation right in London. it is extremely close to the South Kensington Underground station and the other advantage to the traveller is people can walk with their luggage ( when needed) in the underground tunnel which saves croosing very busy roads! Also the washing and drying facilities are very good as we found washing clothes difficult or very expensive in all of England and Ireland too. Reception is open 24 7 which is good and reliable Internet service!
Catherine Fraser, October 2010: A little confusion initally about the booking but sorted quickly.
Loved the location - laundry very handy and good value
Barbara Milner, October 2010: The location was great and the cost. Very comfortable.
Sara Konopinska, October 2010: GREAT LOCATION
Louise Kirby, September 2010: Lovely surrounding area, just what i needed. Nice and clean.
Richard Clifford, September 2010: Great staff on Reception. Imperial campus really impressive.
Ana Juracic, September 2010: The room was nice and clean with new furnitures in a green and quite area only few minutes away from the tube station. The biggest problem was that sometimes housekeeper didn't leave shampoo or shower gel in the room. Breakfast wast very tasty, I'll miss it...All in all I would definitely reccomend it...
Elizabeth and Peter Matthews, September 2010: Cambridge and Imperial (London) staff always most helpful.
Would definitely stay again and recommend them to friends.
Mr Paul Ferguson, September 2010: Felt very comfortable here, stayed for the one night just, room was clean and had everything that i needed, couldnt have asked for more from the breakfast in the morning, catered for every tastebud! all in all made an excellent weekend even better.
louise ward, September 2010: The booking was made for my son and his girlfriend. They were delighted with the service they recieved . Staff vey both friendly and helpful and their room was very clean and comfortable. We would definatly use the facilities in the future .
John Bolitho and Anne Barlow, September 2010: We so enjoyed our stay. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms immaculate and cosy. Convenient location. Reasonably priced. Overall hard to beat.
More emotionally my grandfather was an Imperial College graduate and this was a lovely link to him too. So thanks for a brilliant time. John & Anne Bolitho
peter cummins, September 2010: We stayed at Imperial College for 2 nights in September. To be honest I wasn't expecting much for the price we paid and the fact the they are student rooms. We were pleasantly surprised. The location with a small park in front was an oasis of peace away from the bustle of London streets. The reception was bright, clean and very contemporary. The staff were very helpful and we were able to leave our cases there until the room was available. The rooms were a short walk across the road. The building was modern and spotlessly clean.Access was by electronic card. The rooms were clean and bright and the ensuite was excellent. The only gripe was that there was only one pillow each.
Breakfast was about a 5 minute walk across the main road in the university campus. The campus was very modern clean and attractive. There were quite long queues for breakfast but the service was fast and efficient. The first day the full english was cold by the time we found a seat. The trick is to eat the full english first then cereals. There is a good choice of cereals and up to 6 items permitted for the english.A good range of hot beverages from a machine.Unfortunately the fruit juice wasn't very nice it wasn't fresh juice but a concentrate.
There is a bar on the ground floor of the accomodation so it could be noisy if your room was above it.Drinks and food were below London prices. You need to get there early if your want to eat as when we arrived all the seats were taken. Its popular.
The location is ideal for exploring London.5 mins from the Science museum.10 mins from V&A and Natural History.About 20minutes walk to Harrods.Royal Albert Hall nearby. The tube is about 20 minutes walk away and about a 30 minute ride to central London.Good restaurants within 10 minutes walk.
Would definitely recommend and will use again
Ann Williams, September 2010: Accommodation was better than we had expected. Room size and lighting was good and room was not over furnished - important for my mother who has mobility problems and is visually impaired. Excellent location for the places we were visiting. Good campus facilities. Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely book again and have recommended to family and friends. Thank you.
Patrick Denis, September 2010: Nice and clean.
FP Cuperus, September 2010: I was surprised by the quietness of the room, in the middle of London!
Thansk a lot!
Michael Radford, September 2010: for a short stay in central London on a budget there is nothing better, it's a shame it's a summer only deal!
Mrs Sue Rigby, September 2010: I thought this was a real find in terms of having good quality, reasonably priced accommodation in a very convenient part of London. I intend to use it again.
Ms Chris Torode, September 2010: Very clean and comfortable room - bit of a trek for the breakfast, but good and plenty of it.
Hendrik Olivier, September 2010: Great value, great location. Friendly staff. Will use again for sure.
Thanks
Glynis Berry, September 2010: Absolutely fantastic value for money and service all round - I have been before but my sister had not and was greatly impressed. Many thanks and will definitely use again.
graham dean, September 2010: Would certainly use the facilities again (despite being caught out by the false fire alarm as soon as I'd retired !)
Gavin Hesketh, September 2010: Very pleased!
Marco Carrara, September 2010: Great room, location and breakfast.
The internet should be free of charge.
Marco
Gary J Walker, September 2010: Very good for the price - accommodation and location both of a very good standard. Breakfast was fine - OK quality, the only concern being long queues from time to time.
The card key causes some anxiety - the chance of easily being locked out, but that's the price of security.
Will likely look to return for next year's Proms.
Nancy Adams, September 2010: I did not take breakfast, so was not able to comment... but the accommodation and service was quite good.
Nicola Thomas, September 2010: Would use again and recommend
Jaap Nauta, September 2010: Excellent option for short business trips to London for the cost-concious.
TERESA GRICE, September 2010: would be happy to recommend these rooms to anyone looking for quality, reasonably priced accomodation in London
Kim Chi DAUPHIN, September 2010: The breakfast room was too far and the choice of food was not big enough . But the staff at the breakfast room is really nice and kind. I really enjoyed my stay. We will come back. That's sure.
Mrs L E GORSUCH, September 2010: We were delighted with our room and the facilities (breakfast). As we were attending several Proms, the position was excellent and so was the price. We would be very happy to recommend it to our friends.
Philip Brown, September 2010: The room was excellent, but the general noise at the front of the building was much higher than my previous stay at the rear of the building. Having said that, there isn't much that can be done about the noise from the street - the bar at night and deliveries/work in the morning. Overall excellent however - wouldn't put me off returning in the slightest.
Philip Brown, September 2010: Reception staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was superb and breakfast was huge! Excellent value for money
Rolf Reichardt, September 2010: Obviously one cannot expect 5 star service for this price. But this has been the best London experience so far. Should we visit London again we would certainly try to stay at this location again.
Andrew Fordham, September 2010: Very nice accommodation in a great setting.
Amanda Trevenna, September 2010: Second time we have stayed here and the same consistently high service and facilities. For the money and location, I don't think it can be bettered. Would be nice if it was possible to select ajoining rooms when booking.
Ursula Tavener-Kappel, September 2010: Really enjoyed our stay; staff very helpful, super location, excellent value for money. Hope to go back next year.
Thomas W. Hill, August 2010: Very helpful reservation desk personnel. Wish the internet access could be free. It was at Cambridge.
david dubej, August 2010: A great place to stay, very nice rooms very friendly staff and an all round nice atmosphere. The location is fantastic! These rooms are a must for anyone wanting an inexpensive visit to London. I/We would book this place again.
Mrs Christine Alldridge, August 2010: Overall this accommodation offers good value for money for such a central locations - right next to the V&A, the Science and Natural History Museums and 5 mins from the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. Don't expect luxury, but it offers good basic accommodation, if a little instututionalised (bathroom felt like a hospital bathroom, but may be because we were in a disabled-accessible room).
It has its drawbacks though. We were in a room right next to one of the heavy fire doors that intersect the corridors. I lost count of the number of times that I was woken up by someone going through one of these doors, which cannot help but slam closed due to their nature. I would stay here again - but would ask for a different room if I found myself next to one of these doors. Didn't find the noise from outside a problem at all, the windows provided a good seal from the bar just below us.
Note that toiletries are provided and include shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, soap and shower caps - no moisturiser. And there is no hairdryer. There's a kettle and tea/coffee stuff in the room, and an alarm clock/radio. Breakfast is plentiful with a 5-item fryup from a selection, fruit salads (not fresh, as has already been pointed out) and yogurt, cereal, toast, croissants, fruit juice, tea and coffee. Plenty to see you through the day.
Madonna A Brown, August 2010: Fabulous new building, excellent location.
Thomas O'Hagan, August 2010: The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The on site facilities were well up to commercial standard. The staff were courteous, helpful and dealt with a minor problem professionally. All round very good value for money. We will be back.
Tom and Liz O'Hagan
Rebecca Nelson, August 2010: Very helpful staff, lovely clean room, and a very good night's sleep! Absolutely perfect for a trip to the proms.
Maddalena Cevese, August 2010: I had a wonderful stay at Princes Garden's and could only recommend it to any student coming to London!
Of course, there are some cheaper student accomodations throughout Central London, especially if you are staying for a longer period of time, but here you have the exclusive location, good facilities, good services, 24-hour reception and it is difficult to find a proper ensuite bathroom like this one in other student accomodations for that budget.
There was just one thing that I didn't like in my room. The windows were proportionally too small as there is the wall in between. That is a pity as a remarkable amount of natural light goes missing and and a part of the view as well as the room was facing towards Princes Garden's which is so cute!
Then, one could only open the partial windows to a certain point as there was a security locker on top prohibiting you to open the window the whole way through. The use of the small balcony was consequently not possible.
However, overall, it did not bother me too much as I spend little time in my room and was at libraries for the studying.
So again, besides this small manco of the window, Prince's Gardens is really nice! The small park in front itself is so enjoyable. Eastside Bar is fun for a small snack or a drink.
And from Princes Garden's one can go anywhere! It's great!
I would like to thank you again. I had a wonderful stay!
Trevor Ekins, August 2010: This was my first visit to Princes Gardens and in future, it will be my preferred destination when visiting London. Without exception, the staff was friendly, helpful and polite - a request for an additional pillow was met within 5 minutes. The room was clean and functional and the hearty breakfasts represented a wonderful start to the day. A hidden little gem from which some 4/5 star London hotels could learn!
Andrea Figari, August 2010: I loved staying at Imperial Colleg/Princes Gardens. The only minus point is that people leaving the bar (Eastside) are very noisy sometiemes. All Staff were friendly and helpful.
I did not particularly benefit from using the breakfast, as I was on a busy schedule and since it opened at 7.30 it was already too late for me. I did go there once and it was very nice.
I would suggest offering an option without breakfast, and then guests can choose between with or without breakfast.
I would recommend this to friends without doubt
Nick Shaw, August 2010: Boh myself and my father had a fantastic stay, everything was perfect. We won't hesitate to book with you again next time we come to London. Thank-you for everything!
Alberto Castro, August 2010: Cleaning the room (at least the bathroom) should be more frequently.
Gazzola Eve, August 2010: The room was very clean, even cleaner than some beds&breakfast I've been before. Nice discovery, I'll recommend.
Pat Horn, August 2010: Really pleased to have found this wonderful accomodation so central
to the Royal Albert Hall, museums, etc.
It cannot be faulted.
William A Hunter, August 2010: We went as a family group of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our first Princes' Gdns experience. We are likely to be back
Thanks to all
Sue West, August 2010: Impressed with the helpfulness of the reception staff. So good to have the lounge space in reception, holding luggage etc and available to us all day. This an unexpected bonus!
Soundproofing in bedroom not of the best - heard v clearly next room's arrival at 2 am.
James Ozminskyj, August 2010: Thanks for helping make our trip to London a pleasurable experience. I look forward to staying with you again in future.
One minor issue was that it took a very long time for the water in the room to get hot. Otherwise, great.
Robin Stevens, August 2010: Housekeeping did not replace my towels on a day I had left them on the floor. Room very comfortable. Loved using the swimming pool. Reception staff were very helpful.
Chris Randle, August 2010: Room and location were well above average, and the value for money unbeatable.
Douglas Lawson, August 2010: I thouroughly enjoyed my stay. Everyhting was very clean and in excellent working order. The staircase and entire building were spotlessly clean. Thank you to the Cleaner of my room.
Mrs C V POTTER, August 2010: Totally satisfied and will use again.Everyone helpful and a very good experience on a budget,
Sarah Kingsley, August 2010: Ensuite room well fitted out, v clean and fresh decor. Also wonderfully quiet all the time we were there, throughout a weekend in August. Excellent location for Albert Hall proms and S Kensington museums.
Marie L Palmer, August 2010: The only problem was when we left our luggage on the last day. We were asked to stick a ticket on and then when we returned we were asked to get our luggage ourselves. I worry that because all guests were told this some other person could have taken our luggage. Most accommodation store the luggage in a secure place with staff only allowed to retrieve it. Other that this we had a fantastic time and our guests from China also commented on how lovely and good value the accommodations were. We will definitely be using this service again with other friends. Thank you to all the staff concerned.
Heather Fields, August 2010: Room comfortable and spacious. Nice to have a radio rather than a TV!
Good full English breakfast but perhaps with emphasis on quantity rather than health (fried bread, salty sausages, no muesli, sugary fruit juice).
Other than that, couldn't criticise and would love to visit again.
Diana Hensher, August 2010: We enjoyed our stay and location was excellent. Not too impressed by the breakfast - it was crowded and felt v institutionalised.
Claire Schmid Furrer, August 2010: All in all we were very pleased with the accomodation. One exception was the noise from the bar across the park, once it went on until 2 in the morning.
The breakfast was fine, except for the canned fruit. Fresh fruit would be healthier.
yours sincerely
Claire Schmid Furrer
Dirk van Schalkwyk, August 2010: Very enjoyable. Rooms look much better than when I was a student.
Mrs Y.M. Davies, August 2010: My mum and I had a very enjoyable time in London. We especially liked our stay at the university. Thank you so much.
boumbar, August 2010: we enjoy our visit , very good location next the hyde park and kensington garden , the room is good and clean we appreciate that.
i said average for the web site because the room i saw it's not the same.
i was too far to my wife
Mark Abbott, August 2010: We also stayed later at Victoria with friend Hans Werhonig on our recommendation. We all judged that very good too but not quite up to Princes Gardens which included an amazing breakfast
Vicky Webster, August 2010: Very pleased with every aspect. Room clean and tidy. Bathroom facilities good. Breakfast hot and a good slick service. Check-in and out was quick and easy and was nice to be able to leave our luggage on departure day to collect later.
Ann Brigden, August 2010: Excellent accommodation and facilities; friendly and helpful staff; thank you - we'll be back!
M. Louise Webster, August 2010: very good central location, excellent value for money
Norma Willoughby, August 2010: Staff very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping and Reception dont seem to communicate very well. Very noisy area late into the night.TV to hire for room would be great for visitors who wish to relax at the end of the day and watch the news. It would be preferable if one could have cereal before collecting hot breakfast. Overall clean, convenient area, safe and good value.
Joanne Williams, August 2010: This is the second time I have stayed at Imperial College and it won't be the last. The rooms are clean, the location, breakfast and price are fantastic.
Doreen Ritchie, August 2010: Very economical and close to Royal Albert Hall which was the reason for our booking. Preferred our room last year in Beit Halls where it was quieter. A young party playing all around our bedroom until midnight was a bit disturbing however we would book again and hope to get into Beit.
Simon Luijk, August 2010: we enjoyed our stay, unfortunately I had booked a double instead of a twin room but that was my mistake. Staff still tried to help though and everyone was very polite. Pity the shampoo etc disappeared from the bathroom after first day but maybe that was because staff thought we would be moving to a twin room, in end were too busy to bother about swapping. will definitely use you again and recommend to friends
Kate Walker, August 2010: There needs to be a better queuing system at reception - I stood there for a while before anyone helped me, but there were people free behind the counter. Once I was helped, people were friendly. I would definitely recommend Princes Gardens to my friends.
Michael Murphy, August 2010: Clean, secure and friendly accomodation in great location.
Room on small side and breakfast is a short walk away,
but overall, this has to be as good as anywhere else in
London at the price.
Paula Berman, August 2010: I was very surprised (and pleased) to see a double bed in a dorm room!
Helen Jenkins, August 2010: It was a nightmare trying to get breakfast, it was crowded with huge queues and very hot. In the end I gave up and went and bought a croissant and coffee.
On the positive sitde, the room was lovely, and very well equiped.
Thank you
Mrs Lynn Davies, July 2010: All staff were extremely helpful with left luggage and directions to restaurants etc. I look forward to staying in the future. Thank you.
Mrs R Holmes, July 2010: Reception staff were helpful and courteous. Our room was spotlessly clean.
Claire Crichton-Stuart, July 2010: Excellent service - rooms clean and tidy with comfy bed and great shower and plenty of towels. The alarm clock and electric fan were unexpected bonuses and much appreciated but a hairdryer may have come in useful too! Thank you for a great stay - hopefully we'll be back.
Stephen O'Mahony, July 2010: Another excellent stay at realistic pricing.
Princes Gardens a bit of a visual mess after Friday evening "drinks"
Giulia Tramet, July 2010: A great experience, very clean and confortable.
angelika stuesser, July 2010: it was a great place to stay, i had stayed in beit hall before, also v gd. v friendly staff n gd nights sleep as v quiet
Miss Christine L Ward, July 2010: Sorry, can't remember the room number but it was a double room on the lower ground floor of Wilkinson Hours. Lovely and clean. All the staff were courteous, polite and helpful. Would definitely come again.
Susan Bastow, July 2010: Very pleasant stay, so central to everything we wished to do. All in all I would book to stay again, with my husband. Excellent facilities and staff.
CDH Vonder, July 2010: We had a pleasant stay at the imperial college. It is a great location. We would like to come again.
A pity was that the fascilitation of Etos, which you recommend are very poor for family's because children are not allowed (only on the weekend between 09.00 and 11.00 AM and then just one lane in the swimmingpool).
Christine Lam, July 2010: Value for money. Convenient location. I will recommend the accommodation to my friend.
Mr D Snaith, July 2010: fabulous location, will use again and again - thank you !
Petra Papst, July 2010: it was great! thanx
Mrs Maureen Jupp, July 2010: Our first booking and we will certainly be doing it again. The rooms excellent. Staff extremely polite and helpful and this includes reception and domestic. Breakfast food and facilities great even though it is quite a walk from the Hall. Thank you
Claire Milnes, July 2010: Very pleased with room and service in general, I will definitely recommend it and stay here again
MRS. A.M. EGGLETON, July 2010: As a one-night stop-over after a visit to the Proms, I'd be surprised if the Southside Halls could be beaten. Very convenient, very clean and comfortable, the shower worked well and the breakfast was quite superb, and all fairtrade too. Absolutely ideal, and will use again.
K. Jane Middleton, July 2010: Fantastic accommodation, in a wonderful location and at a great price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in London over the summer. I did not have breakfast, owing to time constraint, so can't comment on its standard but everything else great- and very helpful and accurate directions from South Kensington station. Thank you
Lori Cairns, July 2010: very well organised, excellent location. I would recommend this to friends and definately stay here again.
Paula Geldens, July 2010: I enjoyed my stay a great deal and have already unreservedly recommended Princess Gardens to friends and family.
kanika nanda, July 2010: the rooms were fantastic. it was a beautiful experience staying there.
the tube stations were at walkable distance which made the stay more convinient.
Anne Connet, July 2010: The only comment I have to make is that with my 2 night booking I found on arrival a bottle of water and a hospitality tray with 2 tea bags, these were used on the first day assuming that these would be replenished on day 2, however they were not so it was a tea-less evening and after a day sining at the RAH a tea and bottle of water would have been really good
Mabel Mitchell, July 2010: I would have no hesitation in recommending your accommodation to anyone and I will visit again when back in London if it is possible.
P F Rowley, July 2010: We have just spent a very enjoyable two days in London and the use of the Bar/Restaurant and the small shop made the expeience all the better. The staff at reception were also very helpful and pleasant.
Mr A T Muir, July 2010: The accommodation and breakfast exceeded our expectations - what more can I say. My wife and I will be spending a week in London in summer 2011, and we will certainly stay at Princes Gardens.
Anne-Marie Cray, July 2010: very convenient and comfortable -
Kenneth Sparkes, July 2010: Booking in & out slow due to numbers and few staff. Given occupied room initially but staff worked hard to find an alternative room as quickly as possible. The room was excellent.
Robert Prior, July 2010: I seem to remember my room last year had a TV. Nevertheless it was a good stay and I just watched a video on my laptop.
Peter Wylie, July 2010: Good value for money.
Ekaterina Chamonina, July 2010: Many thanks to all staff, very friendly and highly professional.
Very special thanks to Sean at the reception.
He was most helpful and patient with me (I could not find my room at first), helped me with my luggage and provided all informations and explanations. Excellent room, excellent cleaning, excellent breakfast, excellent location. Great service with the telephone card and with the internet connection directly from the room. Most enjoyable experience. Thank you very much indeed.
Jocelin Adderley, July 2010: Wonderful location, with good, clean and well maintained facilities. All the staff were very helpful. I was a single female traveller and felt safe and secure. I would have no hesitation in staying there again or recommending to my friends.
Ilona Pavlicová, July 2010: We spent 3 nights at Prince's Gardens and we really enjoyed time there. Everything was clean and breakfast was superb. The only thing I missed was some equipment in really nice kitchen. But nevermind. I do recomend this accomodation to my friends.
David Wu Dah Wei, July 2010: Enjoyed stay in hostel. Very friendly and efficient reception staff.
Mrs T Fitzgerald, July 2010: Overall it was very good but if being picky youcould do to have hairdryers or make it clear on website that no hairdryer in room. Had to queue a while to register. Could have done with some signs to direct us to breakfast hall across the road - when we found the right building there were no signs to say go up in lift. Had to get breakfast in one go - would prefer to be able to go for a drink then cooked breakfast then fruit. These are just how I think you can improve a bi t- overall everything was great and we would definately stay again if coming to London. Thought the food at the bar on the corner of the halls was excellent - not sure if this was anything to do with the uni but it was very good and very reasonable. Thanks.
Andrea Soennichen-Enders, July 2010: Very nice rooms, really tidy and in short distance to all, we liked to see.
Nice persons at the reception and in the senior common room- but also long queues everywhere, so we had to wait for a hour for check-in and half an hour to get our breakfast.
Nevertheless- we like to stay again in your rooms. Thank you!
