Customer feedback
We guarantee that all our feedback is genuine and can only be submitted by people who have booked through our websites.
Fabio Verdicchio, September 2010: Very nice experience, extremely welcoming staff.
Marco Linari, September 2010: People at the reception very helpfull. Really a good experience.
Chris Coutts, August 2010: Staff was exceptionally helpful.
Chris White, August 2010: Great price, great facilities, all you could wish for in central London.
Samantha Hardy, August 2010: Thanks to security who I think must have moved on the very drunk & noisy group from ouside the front door on Friday night - it went quiet a little after 11 and I don't think they would have moved of their own accord so that must have been why!
I was impressed with the level of cleanliness in the room and corridors, the bathroom was fine, but I didn't use the kitchen so I can't comment on that.
Graeme Smith, August 2010: Really can't grumble about the price in central london! QUite noisy at night due to the heavy fire doors banging, but not from outside. More than adequate and cheaper than you would get for anything else.
Melissa Volpi, August 2010: Good value accommodation within walking distance of all major attractions in central London. Highly recommended if you want a basic room in a safe neighbourhood.
Yvonne Allen, August 2010: This accommodation is fine, as long as you constantly remind yourself that it's not a hotel, so things are pretty basic. It was a great location, of course, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was an enjoyable stay and very economical.
James Brennan, August 2010: Excellent overall, far better than other summer university accommodations in Central London.
MRS LISA STONEMAN, August 2010: Excellent for ucl hospital - just down the raod which was perfect better than Premier Inn location and 4 times cheaper. Ok you don't get your own shower or a fancy breakfast but at the end of the day you need a bed for the night or week and this place does exactly what it advertises.
dorothy laskowski, July 2010: While I cannot fault the bedrooms, the kitchen appeared not to be cleaned with dirty dishes in the sink and possibly uncollected rubbish as it smelled a bit. Disposable plastic or paper cups would have been helpful in the bedrooms. However, these are minor gripes and would stay again and recommend to others.
Peter Remien, July 2010: The staff was friendly and helpful and the layout of the flat was nice. My only complaint is that the lift was broken.
Steven Morris, July 2010: Exactly as expected. Can't beat the value in central london. Very helpful receprtion staff
egbert sondorp, July 2010: surprisingly quiet - even with window open - highly unusual in London
Emma Quick , July 2010: Will definitely book again on future trips to London. A good experience!
Susan Williams-Jones, July 2010: Good room. I would have preferred an en suite bathroom but coped with the corridor!
Chu Kin Hey, July 2010: Good location and fast service
QUERE RONAN, July 2010: I'm going to Ifor Evans (BandB) after your residence and I think that my overall experience is better with a same price.

Marie Pickart, July 2010: I had a very pleasant stay at Schafer House, Euston. I've particularly noticed and been impressed by how quiet the night was : no noise of road traffic (very rare in London !). Very good and central location (close to St Pancras/KingsX) and very short walking distance from tube stations of Warren Street and Euston Square. The room, very comfortable, and the facilities were perfectly clean and the welcoming at the reception was very friendly and helpfull. And the cold drinks dispenser was more than welcome as the weather was really hot.
About the internet connexion, it's currently written on the website that the customer has to bring his own cable to be able to connect a laptop to the internet socket but actually I had the very nice surprise that this cable is available at the reception, with usefull instructions to get connected correctly. Very great place to stay, very cheap but yet so far more comfortable than many real hotels for the same and even higher price. I'll come again to stay there, that's for sure.
Juan M. Amaya-Castro, July 2010: Thank you for everything. I hope to be able to use your services again in the future!
gordon hutton, July 2010: I think that was the correct room number.
Very good accomodation for london prices, thank you!
Gordon
camille andrea domain, July 2010: very welcoming staff, helpful and kind
as a bonus; they had a luggage room which was unexpected; overall very very pleased with my stay
David Venney, July 2010: I was very pleased with my stay. The staff on your front office were very friendly and helpful. You need a new front doorbell.
The noise from the building work was unavoidable. The room was quite warm and only one of the windows opens.
Jennifer M Barker, July 2010: Nothing spectacular, but nothing horrible either. Good value and had a pleasant night's sleep.
Farogh Usmani, July 2010: brilliant stay.
