Customer feedback

We guarantee that all our feedback is genuine and can only be submitted by people who have booked through our websites.

, September 2010: My wife and I were pleased with the accommodation. However, we do think a tea towel and washing-up liquid should have been provided in order to help maintain hygiene.

, August 2010: Rather spartan furnishings and slow response of housekeeping took us back to student days, but did not detract from wonderful peace, quiet and spaciousness. Perfect location, we will use in future in preference to any London hotel.

, August 2010: My booking was not apparent to reception at WG House - after a delay I was transferred to London House (Room 301) which proved satisfactory. Would use your accomodation again.

, August 2010: Treatment at reception quite formal and stiff, but all in all very correct as well. As external short time customer one has to deal with quite an amount of leery looks. The value for money is excellent and I am very thankful for this opportunity to stay in beautiful London at an affordable price.

, August 2010: I loved my stay: me and my boyfriend truly enjoyed this experience. We are already looking forward to our next stay, thank you so much!

, August 2010: I stayed for 5 day in Goodenough House. Quiet place - except for some doors banging in the middle of one night. Friendly and helpful receptionist, great facilities: PCs with internet access, very good and rich breakfast.

, August 2010: Wiil definitely use University rooms again, and have told friends about it.

, July 2010: Great location and excellent value for money.

, July 2010: A very good address !

, July 2010: Excellent value for money. This was a lovely spacious flat in a great location. Goodenough College has a great atmosphere and is good for lone scholars visiting London. The bathroom was very old fashioned but this does not spoil the overall experience.
